What chassis does Jayco use?

The Embark diesel pusher uses the Freightliner XCR chassis. Gas models (Precept, Alante) use the Ford F-53. Both are well-supported platforms with excellent parts availability.

What's the JRide system?

JRide is Jayco's proprietary handling system that includes computer-balanced driveshaft, Bilstein shocks, front and rear anti-sway bars, and a stabilizer system for improved ride quality.

Is Jayco related to Entegra Coach?

Yes — Jayco created Entegra Coach in 2008 as its premium luxury division. Both are now part of Thor Industries.

How often should I service my Jayco?

Annual service or every 10,000 miles for diesel. Gas models follow Ford service intervals. Generator service by run hours.
